1. Introduction
Welcome to Travoera Private Ltd. (“Travoera”, “we”, “us”, “our”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our travel-booking website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
2. Eligibility
You must be:
- At least 18 years old, and
- Legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.
Using our Platform on behalf of another person implies you have full authority to do so.
3. Services Provided
Travoera offers:
- Domestic & international travel bookings
- Flight, hotel, and holiday package reservations
- Pilgrimage tours (including Kailash Mansarovar, Chardham Yatra, etc.)
- Custom itineraries and travel assistance
Travoera acts as an intermediary between users and third-party service providers such as airlines, hotels, transport operators, and tour operators.
4. User Responsibilities
By using our Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Not misuse the Platform or engage in fraudulent activities
- Ensure passport, visa, permits, and health requirements are fulfilled (if applicable)
- Comply with all laws and regulations applicable to your travel
Travoera is not responsible for issues arising due to incorrect user-submitted information.
5. Booking, Payments & Pricing
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by respective service providers.
- Prices may change at any time due to:
- Airline/hotel/transport price fluctuations
- Currency variations
- Government taxes
- Payment methods accepted:
- UPI
- Credit/Debit Cards
- Net banking
- Wallets & other approved payment partners
- A booking is considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of a booking confirmation email/SMS.
6. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies depend on the rules set by airlines, hotels, tour operators, and transport providers.
6.1 Travoera Service Fees
- Convenience fee / booking fee is non-refundable.
- Modification fees may apply depending on service provider rules.
6.2 Refund Timelines
Refunds (if applicable) may take:
- 7–15 working days for bank/UPI
- 3–7 working days for wallet refunds
Travoera is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, or service providers.
7. Travel Requirements & Documents
You are solely responsible for:
- Valid ID proofs
- Passports, visas, permits
- Medical certificates (if required)
- Travel insurance (optional but recommended)
Travoera does not guarantee visa approvals or entry permissions at any destination.
8. Health, Safety & Risks
Travel may involve risks including weather-related disruptions, political conditions, natural disasters, accidents, or medical issues.
Travoera will not be liable for:
- Loss of belongings
- Personal injury or illness
- Travel delays or cancellations
- Acts of nature or force majeure
Certain tours (e.g., Kailash Mansarovar Yatra) have strict health requirements. You must ensure you are medically fit.
9. Third-Party Service Providers
Travoera is a facilitator, not the owner or operator of flights, hotels, or transport services.
We are not liable for:
- Quality of services provided by third parties
- Misconduct, delays, or service failure by providers
- Overbooking, baggage issues, or denied boarding
All disputes regarding third-party services must be taken up directly with the service provider.
10. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, designs, images, and content on our Platform are the property of Travoera Private Ltd.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use our content without written consent.
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Platform for unlawful purposes
- Interfere with platform security
- Create fake bookings or fraudulent transactions
- Post harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Violation may result in account suspension or legal action.
12. Limitation of Liability
Travoera is not liable for:
- Errors by airlines, hotels, transport operators
- Travel disruptions, delays, or cancellations
- Loss of money, time, or personal items
- Technical issues or downtime of the Platform
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific booking.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Travoera harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:
- Misuse of the Platform
- Violation of these Terms
- Wrong information submitted
- Disputes with third-party service providers
14. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is used in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
By using our Platform, you consent to data processing as per Indian laws.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Dehradun, Uttarakhand.
16. Changes to Terms
Travoera reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
